Covered
 Boiler and Heating system - no hot water or heating as a result of a breakdown, leak or failure of your heating or hot water system.
 Plumbing – toilets not flushing, leaks from toilet, hot and cold water cylinders and tanks and central heating water pipes.
 Drainage – blockages or damage to waste pipes. Blocked bath, sink, toilet or external drainage.
 Failure of Internal Electrics – failure of all sockets or lighting on one or more floors.
 Security – Broken and cracked windows, lost or damaged keys.
 Internal gas pipe – a leak from the internal gas pipe.
What's not inclued
 Repairs to the water supply pipe that connects your house to the mains - your water company may provide a free or subsidised repairs service.
 Repairs to your roof - this may be covered by your NHBC guarantee or buildings insurance.

Things you should know:
What does the price include?
Prices include all fees and Insurance Premium Tax (IPT). The policy is a 12-month policy and can be paid in full or 12 monthly installments.
 
When does the cover start?
The cover starts immediately as there is no exclusion period.
 
What to do if you have a home emergency...
Check that the circumstances of the claim are covered by this policy.

What exclusions or limitations of the policy are there?
For homes 2 -10 years old only
This cover is for the home that is your permanent residence

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of discovery.
 
Are you covered elsewhere?
Homeowners should check if their existing home insurance or other policies provide cover, expert assistance and repairs in the event of the domestic emergencies and incidents covered by this policy so you are not paying for cover you do not need.
 
What happens after the first year?
The price will not increase at first renewal even if you have made a claim. Some other providers can charge nearly double in year two. If you pay by credit/debit card your cover will automatically renew unless you tell npa24:7 otherwise.

This policy is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Assistance Group. Inter Partner Assistance is a Belgian firm authorised by the National Bank of Belgium and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority.
