What's included:
  •  Plumbing - toilets not flushing, leaks from toilet, hot and cold-water cylinders and tanks and central heating water pipes
  •  Drainage - blockages or damage to waste pipes. Blocked bath, sink, toilet or external drainage
  •   Failure of Internal Electrics - failure of all sockets or lighting on one or more floors
  •   Security - Broken and cracked windows, lost or damaged keys.  
  •   Primary heating source - including storage heaters.
What's not included:
  •  Repairs to the water supply pipe that connects your house to the      mains - your water company may provide a free or subsidised repairs service
  •  Repairs to your roof - this may be covered by your NHBC guarantee or building insurance
  •  Gas boilers or gas supply pipe repairs.

What does the price include?
Prices include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT). The policy is a 12-month policy and can be paid in full or 12 monthly instalments.
When does the cover start?
The cover starts immediately as there is no exclusion period.
What to do if you have a home emergency... 
Check that the circumstances of the claim are covered by this policy.

What exclusions or limitations of the policy are there?
For homes 2 -10 years old only.
This cover is for the home that is your permanent residence.
Any claims must be made within 24 hours of discovery. 
Are you covered elsewhere?
Homeowners should check if their existing home insurance or other policies provide cover, expert assistance and repairs in the event of the domestic emergencies and incidents covered by this policy so you are not paying for cover you do not need. 
What happens after the first year?
The price will not increase at first renewal even if you have made a claim. If you pay by credit/debit card your cover will automatically renew unless you tell us otherwise.

This policy is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Assistance Group. Inter Partner Assistance is a Belgian firm authorised by the National Bank of Belgium and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority.
